Federal Food & Drug Administration (FDA) Registration
Registration of a product or facility. If producing a medical device, cosmetic (MoCRA) or food product we can register your business as required. Or offer U.S. Agent services to foreign manufacturers ensuring your products enter the U.S. swiftly and easily.
Compliance Audits and Product reviews
Every product entered into the U.S. or global markets has some level of compliance mandate. That could be as simple as a labeling requirement or as complex as specific testing and certification. Importing toys or textiles you’ll want to know what is required in order to bring the goods to market. This is further complicated in the U.S. as some individual states have added requirements applicable only in that area.
Compliance Audits and Product reviews
Have your product reviewed to confirm it’s compliance with applicable market regulations. Products may be checked against U.S., Canada or global regulations. These detailed compliance reviews check labeling, testing, and permitting requirements. And can be returned in as little as four business days.
Harmonized Tariff System (HTS) Classification
HTS classification is the basis for calculating the duty (tax) owed at the time of import. Over the past several years the U.S. has implemented Section 301 punitive duties (aka as Tariffs) to products originating from China. This has in some instances reduced or removed all margin from potential goods. Understanding your duty owed at the time of import is essential to understanding your landed cost and what your sale price should be.
Depending on your product we made need additional information before being able to classify your product, if so we will reach out to the email provided. Please ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

Import Duty Bonds
Import duty bonds are sureties (insurance) to the U.S. Government Customs agency that any tax owed on an item is paid accordingly. And each shipment entering the U.S. mandates that it is covered by either a Single Entry Bond or Continuous Entry Bond. The freight forwarders or customs broker usually purchases a Single Entry Bond for shipments but if you’re importing more than three times a year you could be paying more than you need for this bond.
Import Duty Bonds
If you are importing on a regular basis, Continuous Entry Bonds could save you thousands over the year in your logistics costs. Import Duty bonds are required for every shipment entering the U.S. which ensures to U.S. Customs that they wont lose out on tax. Usually these are purchased individually by the freight forwarder at the time of import (Single Entry Bond), but that cost is passed to you the importer. As a Licensed Customs Broker we work with the largest surety in the nation to provide reasonable entry bonds that save you those added fees. And they cover ISF charges and duty for an entire year.
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
If your product makes any claims of disinfection of surfaces, mitigates, repels or prevents pests like birds, rodents or insects; the EPA requires that at least your manufacturer is registered and known. We offer representation to the EPA for all foreign manufacturers or U.S. distributors for any product that may be regulated.
